Our company provides ready-to-use design templates that can be personalized based on client specifications. Personalization is done by our team using the brand’s logo, full name, business details, address, email ID, and phone number.
User Responsibilities
1. You must provide accurate and complete information for personalization.
2. You confirm that you have the legal rights to use and provide the brand logo and business details for customization.
3. You must not use our services for any unlawful, offensive, or infringing purposes.
Order Process
1. Clients select a design template and provide the necessary details for customization.
2. Once the information is submitted, our team will contact the client to confirm details submitted and then personalize the design and deliver the final product within the agreed timeframe.
3. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Payment Terms
1. Payment must be made in full before the final design is delivered.
2. All prices are listed in Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. We do not offer refunds once the design process has commenced unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
1. The original templates and designs remain the property of Mostype.
2. After personalization, the client receives the right to use the finalized design for their business needs.
3. Clients must not resell, redistribute, or modify the designs without explicit permission.
Liability and Disclaimers
1. We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from the unauthorized use of third-party logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted by the client.
2. Our services are provided "as is," and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using our designs.
3. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Revisions and Modifications
1. Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions, as outlined in their package.
2. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Privacy Policy
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Termination of Services
1. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client violates these terms or engages in unethical business practices.
2. Clients may terminate their use of our services at any time; however, refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
