Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Once a client selects a design and submits their brand details, our team will personalize the design and process the order for printing.

  • The standard processing time for customization is same day or near to 1 business day and printing is 3-4 business days.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Shipping and Delivery Time

  • We use multiple shipping partners.

  • Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping partner and location.

  • Expected days for shipping are 1-5 business days (depending upon given location).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

  • Free shipping available for large quantity orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • Clients can track their orders using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at care.mostype@gmail.com with your order details.

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we are not liable for mis-delivery or additional costs for re-shipment.

Returns & Refunds

  • Since our products are personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with proof of the issue (photos, order details, etc.).

  • Replacement requests are subject to approval and may require re-shipment fees.

Shipping Areas

  • Currently we are shipping only in Delhi, Delhi-NCR, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.

  • Delivery time and charges may vary based on location.

  • We are working on expanding our shipping locations to each and every customer from our country.
